General Rules

• Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
• Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the park at any time if necessary.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Any form of misbehaviour, misconduct, or rule violation may result in ticket cancellation and removal from the park.
• Ride closures may occur without prior notice due to safety or technical issues.
• Respect other guests and staff members—rude behaviour, harassment, or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated.
• No vandalism, graffiti, or damage to park property. Offenders will be held responsible for repairs or cleaning costs.
• Climbing on fences, trees, or park structures (unless part of an attraction) is strictly prohibited.
• No loud music, disorderly conduct, or activities that disrupt others’ enjoyment of the park.
• Picnic areas are available—please use them for meals and dispose of trash properly.

Entry & Security

• Bags, luggage, and other items are subject to security checks at entry.
• Outside food is allowed, but alcohol and liquids (except water) are strictly prohibited.
• Intoxicated guests will not be permitted entry.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas.
• Pets are not allowed inside the park.

Ride & Safety Regulations

• Some rides have height and health restrictions. Guests must comply with these limitations.
• Pregnant women, heart patients, and those with high blood pressure or epilepsy should avoid fast/adventurous rides.
• Follow all lifeguards’ and ride operators’ instructions. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
• Pools are shallow—diving is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain queue discipline and respect other guests.
• Proper attire is required at all times. Cotton and jeans are not allowed in water areas.
• Guests must wait for staff instructions before boarding or exiting a ride.
• Do not attempt to enter restricted areas or ride zones without permission.

Health & Safety

• Guests should report any injuries, lost children, or safety hazards to staff immediately.
• Running on wet surfaces is dangerous and discouraged.
• Always walk carefully on all pathways, especially near water areas.
• Shoes must be worn in non-water areas for safety and hygiene purposes.

Environmental Responsibility

• Dispose of all trash in designated bins—help us keep the park clean.
• No littering, spitting, or improper disposal of waste.
• Conserve water and energy by using resources responsibly.

Emergency Procedures

• In case of emergencies, follow park staff instructions immediately.
• First-aid stations are available—please inform staff if you need medical assistance.

By entering the park, all guests agree to comply with these rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the park without a refund.
